1、基本描述

船體由兩浮體組貨前經(jīng)完整裝配和測試，可簡便快速的安裝到現(xiàn)場即可運行標準設計，交貨及時，按照沿海水域標準設計。

絞吸式挖泥抽沙船是目前在疏灘清淤工程、采沙工程中運用較廣泛的一種設備，它是利用吸管前端裝設的旋轉絞刀裝置，將河底泥沙進行切割和攪動，借助*的泵力將絞起的泥沙物料通過輸送管道輸送到泥沙物料堆積場，它的挖泥沙、運泥沙、卸泥沙等工作過程，可以一次連續(xù)完成，它是一種效率高、成本較低的泥沙挖掘設備，是良好的水下挖掘機械。

The ship is not self-propulsion、cutter suction dredging equipment. The floating part is made up of several boxes. The dredger equipments include sideslip device、cutter up and down device、location spud device、deck crane and so on. The main engine is a independent entrainment form, one main pump engine, one auxiliary hydraulic engine. Mud pump host output belt has clutch reduction Function.

泥泵由主柴油機經(jīng)齒輪減速箱驅動。

Dredge pump is driven by the main engine gear decelerating box.

應急泵站機組提供停工時船上照明及應急等用電。

Lighting and emergency power for stopping working will be offered by the Emergency hydraulic unit.

絞刀由液壓馬達驅動，絞刀軸承設有潤滑密封裝置。

Cutter will be driven by the motor and cutter bearing with

lubricating sealing device.     本船配置的橫移絞車、絞刀架起升絞車均由液壓馬達驅動。

The sides way winch and lifted winch are both driven by the hydraulic motor.

定位樁、臺車由液壓油缸驅動。

Positioning steel piles and Walking platform truck are both driven by the hydraulic cylinder.

拋錨、起錨絞車由液壓馬達驅動。

Anchor winch will be driven by the motor.

液壓油泵由輔機驅動。
