客戶測(cè)試程序：

1. Perform Cosmetic Inspection of the test samples noting any manufacturing defects,cracking or cuts in the cable jacket.

2. Place the test cable in Cable Pinch tester as shown in Figure 7.18.

3. Recommended edge height above the test cable is 90 mm. Any changes to the drop height should be at the discretion of the Reliability Engineer on the project.

4. The cable should not be tested under electrical load.

5. Release the slide so it falls and pinches the cable.

Note:The slide is made of a hardened steel alloy (01 Steel - Full Hard).

6. If required, move the cable sample in the support fixture to an untested area andre-test.

7. After impact tests have been completed, remove the test cable for visual inspection and note if the cable jacket has been completely cut, or if the inner conductors are visible (Figure 7.19).
