這是一款全自動(dòng)智能立式上(下)片臺(tái)。主要與中空線連接，實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程全自動(dòng)化。
機(jī)器特點(diǎn)：
1、本產(chǎn)品為智能快速上片設(shè)備，無(wú)需人工操作、安全可靠。
2、玻璃檢測(cè)裝置會(huì)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)玻璃架上玻璃存放的位置，也會(huì)檢測(cè)到玻璃架上有或無(wú) 玻璃，無(wú)玻璃機(jī)器會(huì)自動(dòng)復(fù)位，并作出提示。
3、玻璃架上玻璃放置厚度在 3mm-750mm 都可以 (厚度超過(guò) 750mm 可以訂制)。
4、整架玻璃吸片完后，機(jī)器會(huì)自動(dòng)報(bào)警提醒。吸取片玻璃后，無(wú)需關(guān)機(jī)，機(jī) 器會(huì)自動(dòng)復(fù)位。
5、連續(xù)上片 ( 即吸片) 間隔時(shí)間或距離的設(shè)置，可根據(jù)客戶要求客戶自行設(shè)定。上 片速度和傳動(dòng)速度均可自行調(diào)整。
6、本機(jī)配置了智能吸片裝置，吸盤(pán)會(huì)根據(jù)玻璃大小自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉吸盤(pán)，無(wú)需手動(dòng) 操作，玻璃架上存放的玻璃，不論大小隨意放置即
可，都可以快速上片。
7、機(jī)器上各種參數(shù)均可以根據(jù)實(shí)際情況作出調(diào)整。例如大塊玻璃上片時(shí) ，則可以延 長(zhǎng)吸片時(shí)間和調(diào)整上片速度等。
8、客戶可以根據(jù)需要在屏上輸入取片數(shù)量，取片完成后機(jī)器會(huì)自動(dòng)停止并復(fù)位。
9、系統(tǒng)具有智能計(jì)數(shù)功能，會(huì)自動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)出每架玻璃的吸片數(shù)量，也會(huì)統(tǒng)計(jì)出總吸片數(shù)量等。
10、為了方便使用，本機(jī)還增加了便攜式手動(dòng)遙控裝置，用戶可以在 800m以內(nèi)操作機(jī)器暫?；騿?dòng)。
11、機(jī)器出現(xiàn)固障時(shí)，屏上會(huì)自動(dòng)提醒，指出問(wèn)題，便于糾正。
12、設(shè)備運(yùn)行中意外出現(xiàn)固障，機(jī)器會(huì)自動(dòng)報(bào)警，但吸盤(pán)不會(huì)斷氣，確保玻璃完好無(wú)損。

7. All parameters on the machine can be adjusted according to the actual situation. For example, when there is a large piece of glass, you can delay the suction time and adjust the speed of the upper piece.
8. The customer can enter the number of pieces on the screen as needed. After the pick-up is completed, the machine will automatically stop and reset.
9. The system has an intelligent counting function, which will automatically count the number of suction pieces per glass, as well as the total number of suction pieces.
10. For ease of use, this machine has also added a portable manual remote control device, which allows users to pause or start the machine within 800m.
11. When the machine is fixed, it will automatically remind the screen to point out the problem, which is easy to correct.
12. If there is an accidental fixation during the operation of the equipment, the machine will automatically alarm, but the suction cup will not break air to ensure that the glass is intact.
