　　粗粉磨用于生產(chǎn)0-3mm粗粉的新一代磨機(jī)。改機(jī)沿襲了破碎機(jī)的部分工作原理，彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)磨粉機(jī)成品粒度大小區(qū)間的不足，成為生產(chǎn)粗粉顆粒的核心設(shè)備。廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、礦山、化工、水泥、煤矸石、建筑、制砂、耐火材料、玻璃及陶瓷等工礦企業(yè)中，從事物料細(xì)碎作業(yè)。適宜破碎石灰石、方解石、白云石、重晶石、滑石、碳酸鈣、石膏、膨潤土等。

　　European roughing mill is a new generation of mill used to produce 0-3mm roughing powder.Itfollows part of the working principle of the crusher, makes up for the shortage of the size range of thefinished product of the traditional mill, and becomes the core equipment for the production of coarsepowder particles. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, cement, coal gangue, construction,sａnd making, refractory, glass and ceramics and other industrial and mining enterprises, engaged inmaterial crushing operation. Suitable for crushing limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, calciumcarbonate, gypsum, bentonite, etc.

　　工作原理/working principle

　　主機(jī)通過電機(jī)、三角皮帶帶動(dòng)主軸，從而使轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)，大塊物料從進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入破碎腔之后，被高速運(yùn)動(dòng)的板錘擊碎。破碎至符合粒度要求的物料由底部蓖條直接排出，不符合粒度要求的物料則這破碎腔內(nèi)，被轉(zhuǎn)子上的板錘和襯板反復(fù)破碎，直至符合粒度要求后排出。為避免堵塞，被粉碎物料的含水量一般不超過20%。

　　The main machine drives the main shaft through the motor and V-belt to make the rotor rotate. Afterthe large material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port,itis broken by the high-speed platehammer. The materials that meet the grain size requirements are directly discharged from the bottomcastor bar, and the materials that do not meet the grain size requirements are repeatedly broken by theplate hammer and liner on the rotor in the crushing chamber until they meet the grain size requirements.Inorder to avoid clogging, the moisture content of crushed materials is generally not more than 20%。
