　　大塊狀物料經(jīng)顎式破碎機破碎到所需粒度后，由提升機將物料送至儲料斗，再經(jīng)電磁振動給料機將物料均勻定量連續(xù)地送入主機磨室內(nèi)進行研磨。粉磨后的物料被風機氣流送入選粉機內(nèi)進行分級，在選粉機葉輪的作用下，不符合細度要求的物料落入磨室內(nèi)重新輾磨，符合細度要求的物料則隨氣流經(jīng)管道進入旋風集粉器內(nèi)，進行分離收集，經(jīng)排料裝置排出即為成品粉體。分離后的氣流通過旋風集粉器上端回風管進入風機，該系統(tǒng)屬于閉路循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，并在正負壓狀態(tài)下運行。

　　大塊狀物料經(jīng)錘式破碎機破碎到所需粒度后，由提升機送入料倉，經(jīng)給料設(shè)備均勻連續(xù)的喂入主機內(nèi)部，進入主機的物料隨傾斜的導流管到主機轉(zhuǎn)盤上部的散料盤上。主機工作時，幾十個磨輥這環(huán)道內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)、滾動。而物料在離心力作用下被散料盤散向周邊并落入磨腔，在環(huán)道內(nèi)被磨輥沖壓、滾輾、研磨。經(jīng)過多層粉碎輾磨后的物料，隨風機氣流送入選粉機內(nèi)進行粉體分級，在選粉機葉輪的作用下，不符合細度要求的物料落回磨腔內(nèi)重新輾磨，符合細度要求的物料則隨氣流進入旋風集粉器內(nèi)進行分離收集，并由底部的卸料裝置排出即為成品粉體，其余部分的粉體則從旋風集粉器上部進入脈沖除塵器內(nèi)，并粘附在濾袋表面，脈沖閥控制高壓氣流使其瞬間噴吹到濾袋內(nèi)部引起濾袋劇烈膨脹波動，通過濾袋的突然抖動彈落粘附的粉體，掉落在除塵器下部的粉體，經(jīng)螺旋輸送機講兩處收集的粉體進行匯集排出即為成品。過濾后的氣流隨風機經(jīng)過消音器排放到空氣中。，該系統(tǒng)屬于開路系統(tǒng)，在負壓狀態(tài)下運行。
