WZPK溫度變送器是我公司推出的一款高性價產(chǎn)品，適用于多達十種的各型熱電偶和熱電阻信號變送。該產(chǎn)品使用24位Σ-△模擬前端，保證測量的高精度；的防浪涌、防反接設(shè)計，避免了工程應用中的誤安裝和誤操作；增強的軟件安全設(shè)計，包括低壓監(jiān)控復位、多任務(wù)調(diào)度優(yōu)化等功能。WZPK全部采用進口元器件，保證較長的使用壽命和穩(wěn)定性。為了便于大客戶的長期備貨，可使用USB通訊線進行組態(tài)設(shè)置，并且設(shè)置時無需外接電源。

WZPK temperature transmitter is a high cost product from our company, suitable for up to ten types of thermocouple and thermal resistance signal transmission. The product uses a 24-bit Σ-△ analog front end to ensure high precision measurement. Perfect anti-surge and anti-reverse design to avoid misinstallation and misoperation in engineering applications; Enhanced software security design, including low-voltage monitoring reset, multi-task scheduling optimization and other functions. WZPK all use imported components to ensure long service life and stability. In order to facilitate the long-term stocking of large customers, the USB communication cable can be usedfor configuration Settings, and no external power supply is required for setting.

三、接線方式

wiring mode

1號接線柱和2號接線柱分別為24V電源正負極，線路板帶防反接功能。

The No. 1 terminal and No. 2 terminal are respectively the positive and negative terminals of 24V power supply, and the circuit board has anti-reverse connection function.

熱電阻連接支持二線制、三線。連接方式如上圖所示，實線為傳感器引出線，虛線為短接線，需要用戶自行用短導線連接（出廠時也可按客戶需要在內(nèi)部短接好）。

熱電偶正極連接3號接線柱，負極連接4號接線柱即可。

The thermal resistance connection supports two wire and three wire. The connection method is shown in the figure above. The solid line is the sensor leadout line, and the dashed line is the short wire, which needs to be connected by the user with a short wire (it can also be short-connected internally according to the customer's needs).

The positive terminal of the thermocouple is connected to terminal 3, and the negative terminal is connected to terminal 4.

三、上位機軟件使用方法

the use of computer software

安裝USB通訊線驅(qū)動和程序運行環(huán)境；

通訊線一端接電腦USB接口，另一端接在智能模塊上，無需24V供電；

雙擊WZPK.exe文件進入設(shè)置軟件；

點擊串口號下拉表選擇連接線對應的串口號，點擊確定；

點擊左上角的組態(tài)設(shè)置就可以進行組態(tài)設(shè)置。

Install USB communication cable driver and program running environment;

One end of the communication cable is connected to the USB interface of the computer, and the other end is connected to the intelligent module, without 24V power supply;

Double-click the WZPK.exe file to enter the setup software;

Click the serial port number drop-down list to select the serial port number corresponding to the cable, and click OK;

Click Configuration Settings in the upper left corner to set the configuration.

四、使用須知

Instructions for Use

儀表儲藏與使用適宜在環(huán)境溫度為-30℃~80℃，濕度小于80%的場合；

上位機使用的USB通訊線為我公司專門定制，使用其他數(shù)據(jù)線連接可能會損傷模塊；

儀表連接電源時應參照第三節(jié)接線方式進行操作，在確認操作無誤后方可接通電源進行運行。

Instrument storage and use is suitable for the environment temperature of -30℃~80℃, humidity is less than 80% of the occasion;

The USB communication cable used by the upper computer is specially customized for our company, and the use of other data cables may damage the module;

When connecting the instrument to the power supply, please refer to the wiring method in Section 3 for operation, and then switch on the power supply for operation after confirming that the operation is correct.
