顎式破碎機河南鄭州鄂破機廠家PE200x300顎式破碎機的工作部分是兩塊顎板,一是固定顎板(定顎),垂直(或上端略外傾)固定在機體前壁上,另一是活動顎板(動顎),位置傾斜,與固定顎板形成上大下小的破碎腔(工作腔)。活動顎板對著固定顎板做周期性的往復運動,時而分開,時而靠近。分開時,物料進入破碎腔,成品從下部卸出;靠近時,使裝在兩塊顎板之間的物料受到擠壓,彎折和劈裂作用而破碎。
顎式破碎機河南鄭州鄂破機廠家PE200x300顎式破碎機(顎破)分簡單擺動顎式破碎機和復雜擺動顎式破碎機兩種類型,它們的工作原理很相似,動顎的運動軌跡有較大的差別。簡單擺動顎式破碎機,因動顎是懸掛在支承軸上,所以當動顎作往復運動時,動顎上各點的運動軌跡都是圓弧形,而且水平行程上小下大,而以動顎的底部(排礦口處)為很大。由于落入破碎腔的礦石,上部均為大礦塊,往往達不到礦石破碎所必需的壓縮量,故上部的大塊礦石,需反復壓碎多次,才能破碎。破碎負荷大都集中在破碎腔的下部,整個顎板沒有均勻工作,從而降低了破碎機的生產能力。同時這種破碎機的垂直行程小,磨剝作用小,排礦速度慢。但顎板的磨損較輕,產品過粉碎少。復雜擺動顎式破碎機,由于其動顎又是曲柄連桿機構的連桿,在偏心軸的帶動下,動顎上點的運動軌跡近似橢圓形,橢圓度是上小下大,其上部則近似圓形。這種破碎機的水平行程正好與簡擺顎式破碎機相反,其上部大下部小,上部的水平行程約為下部的1.5倍,這樣就可以滿足破碎腔上部大塊礦石破碎所需的壓縮量。同時整個動顎的垂直行程都比水平行程大,尤其是排礦口處,其垂直行程約為水平行程的3倍,有利于促進排礦和提高生產能力。實踐表明,在相網條件下,復擺顎式破碎機的生產能力比簡擺顎式破碎機高30%左右。但顎板的磨損快,產品過粉碎嚴重。

The workaing part of a jaw cruasher consists of two jaw a plates. One is a fixed jaw a plate (fixed jaw), which is vertically (or slightly inclined at the upper end) fixed on the front wall of the machine body. The other is a movable jaw a plate (movable jaw), which is inclined in peosition and forms a cruashing chamber (workaing chamber) with a larger upper part and a smaller lower part with the fixed jaw a plate. The movable jaw a plate performs periodic reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw a plate, sometimes separating and sometimes approaching. When separated, the material enters the cruashing chamber and the finished product is discharged from the lower part; When approaching, the material placed between the two jaw a plates is cruashed by compression, bending, and splitting.
Jaw cruashers (jaw cruashers) are divided into two types: simple swing jaw cruashers and complex swing jaw cruashers. Their workaing principles are very similar, but the motion trajectory of the moving jaw has significant differences. A simple swing jaw cruasher, because the moving jaw is suspended on a supporting shaft, the motion trajectory of each point on the moving jaw is arc-shaped when it performs reciprocating motion, and the horizontal stroke is small in the upper part and large in the lower part, with the bottom of the moving jaw (at the discharge port) being the largest. Due to the fact that the ore falling into the cruashing chamber consists of large ore blocks in the upper part, it often cannot achieve the necessary compression for ore cruashing. Therefore, the large ore blocks in the upper part need to be repeatedly cruashed multiple times before they can be cruashed. The cruashing load is mostly concenltrated in the lower part of the cruashing chamber, and the entire jaw a plate does not work evenly, thereby reducing the production capacity of the cruasher. At the same time, this type of cruasher has a small vertical stroke, low grinding and stripping effect, and slow ore discharge speed. But the wear of the jaw a plate is relatively light, and the product is less cruashed. The complex swing jaw cruasher, due to its moving jaw being a connecting rod of the crank connecting rod mechanism, is driven by an eccenltric shaft, and the motion trajectory of the upper point of the moving jaw is approximately elliptical, with a small ellipticity at the top and a large ovality at the bottom, while its upper part is approximately circular. The horizontal stroke of this cruasher is exactly oppeosite to that of a simple swing jaw cruasher, with a larger upper part and a smaller lower part. The horizontal stroke of the upper part is about 1.5 times that of the lower part, which can meet the compression requirements for cruashing large ore blocks in the upper part of the cruashing chamber. At the same time, the vertical stroke of the entire moving jaw is greater than the horizontal stroke, especially at the discharge port, where the vertical stroke is about three times the horizontal stroke, which is conducive to promoting ore discharge and improving production capacity. Practice has shown that under grid conditions, the production capacity of a compound pendulum jaw cruasher is about 30% higher than that of a simple pendulum jaw cruasher. But the wear of the jaw a plate is fast, and the product is severely cruashed.
