4. 環(huán)境要求Environmental requirements
（1）儀器放置的工作桌面需牢固、可靠、不得搖晃（由供應商提供）；The working table for the instrument should be firm, reliable and not shake (provided by the supplier);
（2）放置地點需遠離各種震源（放置地點不會有影響，機器本身有防震墊，只要不是在震感十分明顯的震源附近，就沒有問題）；The location should be far away from all kinds of seismic sources (the location will not affect, the machine itself has shock pads, as long as it is not near the source with obvious earthquake
（3）環(huán)境溫度保持在20℃~25℃，相對濕度≤75%；The ambient temperature is maintained at 20 ~25 C, and the relative humidity is less than 75%.
（4）放置環(huán)境應該優(yōu)于國際8級無塵室標準Placement environment should be superior to the International Class 8 Dustproof Room Standard.；

5.搬運、安裝措施Handling and Installation Measures
（1）我方負責將設備運送至客戶指定地方，并進行安裝調試?？蛻粜柝撠熖峁┍匾陌惭b及搬運所需。例如：地板叉、電動叉車、協助人員等We are responsible for transporting the equipment to the designated place of the customer and carrying out installation and debugging. Customers are responsible for providing necessary installation and handling requirements. For example: floor fork, electric forklift, assistant, etc.；
（2）須嚴格按照我方技術人員要求進行操作，如有違規(guī)操作并因此產生的設備損壞（需更換配件的不包含在內）本公司負責維修，但不承擔任何責任Operations shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of our technicians. In case of equipment damage caused by irregular operations (not included in the replacement parts), the company shall be responsible for maintenance, but shall not bear any responsibility；
（3）我方技術人員會在安裝過程中進行儀器水平調節(jié)、軟件安裝調試、各類視訊卡安裝、安裝等操作Our technicians will adjust the level of instruments, install and debug software, install various video cards and install encrypted dogs during the installation process；

① 同版本軟件三年內免費升級Free upgrade of the same version software within three years；
② 設備整機12個月超長保修，超出12個月的無需更換配件維修均為免費The equipment is guaranteed for 12 months, and the maintenance of spare parts without replacement is free for 12 months；
③ 關于本設備的任何問題，會在接到客戶來電的2小時內給予回應并在無法電話解決的情況下24小時內到達現場Any questions about the equipment will be answered within 2 hours after receiving calls from customers and will arrive at the scene within 24 hours when the calls cannot be solved。
④ 若貴司使用人員發(fā)生更換，我們免費進行新的操作培訓If there is a change in your company's users, we will conduct new operation training free of charge。
7.售、購雙方責任Duties of both Sellers and Buyers
（1）我方負責設備的運送及安裝調試；購方負責設備搬入時必須的叉車等裝置We are responsible for the transportation, installation and commissioning of the equipment; the buyer is responsible for forklift trucks and other devices necessary for the equipment to be moved in；
（2）我方負責設備的使用及常見問題解決培訓；購方負責安排及約束使用人員進行認真聽講We are responsible for the use of equipment and training of common problem solving; the buyer is responsible for arranging and restraining the use of personnel to listen carefully；
（3）我方負責進行售后服務及疑問解答；購方負責約束使用人員不可進行違規(guī)操作We are responsible for after-sales service and question answering, and the buyer is responsible for restraining users from illegal operations；
（4）我方負責在三年內進行軟件免費升級（在有版本更新的情況下）We are responsible for free software upgrade within three years (with version updates).
8.權限確認
If patent infringement occurs, Maker accepts full liability for any direct and indirect loss of customer. Additionally, in case of patent dispute, Maker guarantees continuous use (operation) of the system equipment provided by Maker.
如果發(fā)生侵權情況，供應商承擔全部責任，并且客戶由此產生的直接和間接的損失也由供應商承擔。此外，再糾紛的情況下，供應商保證客戶可以繼續(xù)正常使用設備（系統(tǒng)）。
