　　環(huán)宇巴氏合金成份

　　巴氏合金的主要成分是錫、鉛、銻、銅。 其中銻和銅，用以提高合金強(qiáng)度和硬度。巴氏合金可簡(jiǎn)單地分為三種：高錫合金、高鉛合金和中間合金（合金中錫和鉛均占有重要比例）。在所有這些合金系中，銻和銅均作為重要的合金化元素和硬化元素，而且其結(jié)構(gòu)是由硬的、彌散于軟基質(zhì)中的金屬間化合物組成。

　　環(huán)宇巴氏合金分類

　　按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，巴氏合金可以分為錫基合金和鉛基合金兩種。鉛基合金的強(qiáng)度和硬度比錫基合金低，耐蝕性也差。所以客戶在使用巴氏合金的時(shí)候，通常選用錫基合金，其常用的牌號(hào)有

　　zChSnSb11-6、ZChSnSb8-4、ZChSnSb8-8ZChSnSb4-4等。鉛基軸承合金的硬度、強(qiáng)度和韌性比錫基軸承合金低，常做低速、低負(fù)荷的軸承合金使用。盡管鉛基合金的性能沒(méi)有錫基合金好，但是有許多客戶仍然選擇使用，因?yàn)樗褂闷饋?lái)比較經(jīng)濟(jì)，其常用的牌號(hào)有ZChPbSb16-16-2、ZChPbSb16-16-1等。
